C.A.T. PROJECT QUALITY PLAN
The Quality System to be adopted for projects consists of a module quality management plan which is customized to suit contract requirements such that, within the confines of the project environment, a tailored quality system applicable to the scope is operated, satisfying the quali¬ty commitment of the group.
Our Quality System is flexible; consequently, standard procedures are modified during Contract Review on a Project¬ to ¬Project basis to reflect our clients and regulatory requirements. This process is represented by the diagram shown below:

The Quality System forms the management tool through which the project activities are con­trolled, and this references the operating procedures through which the quality objectives are achieved.

The group Quality System fully satisfies all the elements of ISO 9001­2008 and is certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International (Certificate Attached).
